SMART-TRAIN can provide 3 levels of coaching:
1. One to One Coaching
One to One coaching of managers who facilitate on-going training and follow-up with staff. This is designed to ensure clients achieve engagement with staff and maximum productivity from staff exposed to Smart-Train systems.
2. Video Webinar
Video Webinar is coaching for all leaders who are currently utilising Smart-Train online systems/workshops/profiles as part of an ongoing Learning and Performance Development process.
3. Personal Development
Personal Development Smart-Train can provide individualised personal development coaching via one to one live meetings or personalised video meeting sessions.
COVID-19 Business Advisory Fund
Small and medium sized businesses may qualify for funding to help pay for advisory services to support them through the Covid-19 outbreak. The Covid-19 Business Advisory Funding can provide support in areas such as HR, health and wellbeing, business continuity, cashflow and finance management, marketing and digital enablement strategy. Funding is only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBP) Growth Advisors.
